Why this tool exists
Demonstrate, end to end, how a downloadable tool entry is authored, stored, linked to a framework clause, and served via a signed URL -- before real tool content is authored.
How it's used
Used internally to validate the /tools build. Once replaced with genuine content, this would help a practitioner draft the boundary section of an AI management system scope statement against ISO/IEC 42001.
What this demonstrates
Exercises every tools/tool_files/tool_framework_refs column and the full download flow: a published tool, one downloadable file in Supabase Storage, and one linked ISO/IEC 42001 clause.
