Privacy notice.
Axiom Verity is a static, content-led site. This notice explains what that means for your data in plain terms.
Last updated: 2026-08-24
Nothing tracked, by default.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. The Contact page uses a plain mailto: link, which opens your own email client. Axiom Verity does
not receive or store anything until you choose to send that email, at which point normal email
handling applies, governed by your email provider and mine.
Standard technical logs only.
The hosting provider serving this site may collect standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and operational purposes, under its own privacy policy. Axiom Verity does not separately process or combine this data.
The one thing this site does collect: an email address, if you ask it to.
The newsletter signup on News and Resources is the one form on this site that submits data to a server. If you use it, Axiom Verity stores the email address you enter, which page you signed up from, and the date, in a Supabase-hosted database. That's the whole record: no name, no other profile data, and nothing inferred about you beyond what you typed in. It's used only to send you updates from this site — never shared, sold, or used for anything else. There's no self-service unsubscribe link yet; email enquiries@axiom-verity.com and it will be removed. The legal basis for this is your consent, given by submitting the form.
If you sign in: an account, held separately.
Signing in uses a one-time email link (no password). Axiom Verity stores your email address and an access tier against your account, in a Supabase-hosted database, kept separate from the newsletter list above. It's used only to recognise you when you sign in and to determine which downloadable artefacts you can access — never shared, sold, or used for anything else. There's no self-service deletion yet; email enquiries@axiom-verity.com to close your account and remove this data. The legal basis is your consent, given by requesting a sign-in link.
This notice will be updated before that changes again.
If interactive tools, an assessment questionnaire, user registration, or a client portal are added to this site, they will only collect personal data with your explicit input, and this notice will be updated first to explain what's collected and why. Axiom Verity Ltd is based in the UK and treats UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 as the governing framework for anything this site does collect.
Questions about this notice can go to the same address as everything else: see Contact.
