What it demonstrates about governed AI
This site's own glossary defines a model card as documentation of a model's capabilities, limitations, and known risks. This repo is a working answer to the practical failure mode that definition doesn't cover: four different audiences each want the model card in a different format, and those four copies drift apart the moment any one of them is hand-edited.
What it is
A versioned schema (a 'master contract' defining every field's type and requirement status) plus rendering and validation scripts, anchored to NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act. The rule the README states plainly: never hand-edit a generated file — edit the YAML and re-render.
Governance notes
The controls built into the work, and the risks they answer, linked back to the Library.
- Single source, multiple outputs Library entry
- A schema-versioned YAML file generates every downstream format, so a model card can't quietly drift out of sync with itself across a Word version, an Excel version, and a Markdown version.
- Role-based guidance
- Separate guidance for developers, reviewers, auditors, and downstream integrators — the same audience-register discipline this site applies to board, heads-of, and practitioner readers, applied to one document instead of one site.

Public code in the Axiom Puzzleworks GitHub organisation. No hosted demo is embedded here; the repository is the thing to read.
