What it is
A Vue application built on the SurveyJS survey engine: an organisation answers a structured question set about an automated decision system, each answer carries a weight, and the tool calculates an overall impact tier from the combined score. Built for Government of Canada use but open for any organisation or jurisdiction to adapt.
Why it's here
This site's risk library names "missing AI impact assessment process" as a specific, addressable risk with a specific control. This repo is that control, working — evidence that a pre-deployment impact assessment can be a structured, repeatable instrument rather than a one-off document.
